  • Lights Up Theatre Company or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.
  • Lights Up Theatres Company reserves the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
  • You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing/calling us at - lightsuptheatre@outlook.com
  • You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address or phone number.
  • Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.
  • You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.
  • We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances however where possible, all private lessons will be rescheduled.
  • Lights Up Theatre Company expect all parents to behave and approach staff members in a polite and respectful manner. Any form of intimidation or aggression will not be tolerated and your child will immediately be removed from all future session with the company without refund.

To maintain the quality and consistency of our training, rehearsal planning, and class allocations, we require families to notify us in advance if their child will not be continuing into the next term.

  1. Required Notice: Parents/guardians must provide written notice no later than the final day of the current term if their child will not be returning for the following term of performing arts classes or private lessons.
  2. Non-Compliance: If notice is not received by this deadline, families will be financially responsible for the full fees of the upcoming term, regardless of attendance or participation.
  3. How to Submit Notice: Withdrawal notices must be submitted in writing, either by email to lightsuptheatre@outlook.com or in person.
  4. Confirmation of Receipt: It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to ensure the notice is received and confirmed by our administration. A confirmation email or written receipt will be issued upon acceptance of the notice.
  5. Special Circumstances: In rare and exceptional situations (such as injury, relocation, or medical reasons), the company may, at its discretion, review the fee obligation on a case-by-case basis.



By enrolling in Lights Up Theatre Company, you acknowledge and agree to these terms as part of your ongoing participation in our training and performance schedule.
